Tubby Thursday

Well, I lost 1lb, which takes me to 51.5 lbs lost in total. I really didn't deserve it and can only put it down to being unwell this week. I guess my body NEEDED those three desserts (blush).

Tubby Thursday

I was so disappointed last week to have gained 1.5lbs that it really gave me a kick up the bum. I got on the straight and narrow, weighed everything, wrote it all down and exercised more. It paid off as I lost 4.5lbs - taking me to a total of 45.5lbs! I was so chuffed to have undone the damage and MORE!

I lost another...

...pounds this week! So, I am now half a pound off losing three stone. Still a way to go, but I will keep plodding (at least the plodding tires me out less now that I weigh less!)

Weight Watchers

I forgot to post and let you know of my most recent weigh-in. I have changed meetings to a Thursday morning as I am clerking for a former colleague (from when I was a Leader). I had not been weighed for just over three weeks and had lost 3.5 lbs - including two days off over Christmas! It took me to just over my 2.5 stone mark. I am so chuffed and it has made me even more determined to get to goal. The thought of Spring being around the corner is also keeping me going, as I must admit that the last few weeks have been hard, what with the horrible weather.

Weight Loss

2.5lbs this week, so 9 in three weeks. I was really hoping for more, because of all the exercise I am doing, but I am still pleased. I got my 'Silver 7' today. We had to discuss setting a goal for the next twelve weeks (before Christmas!) and I decided on 7lbs. That would take me over a stone and doesn't put too much pressure on me. I tend to go off the rails if I look at further than 7 days away.
Anyway, I can really notice the loss in my body and it is giving me a lot more confidence. I feel fitter and more toned from the gym work. All good.
